providing the most reliable flow solution to our clients. We are exclusive/sole

distributor of Crane ChemPharma-Energy products for whole Indonesia territories.

We are hiring Procurement staff

Responsibility:

• Handling import/export process

• Understand the process of customs regulations and freight forwarders

• Sourcing goods, reviewing, negotiating, & dealing the quotation with vendor, that suit with company needs.

• Preparing and creating PO & payment to vendor

• Processing the purchase of goods and services needed by all departments and ensuring the quality of goods and services in accordance with what is needed.

• Monitoring and following up on the purchase request of goods and services

ordered from all departments.

Requirements:

• Having good communication and negotiating skills

• Able to speak English

• Honesty, Loyalty and Integrity as a work culture

• Bachelor degree from any major

• At least one year of experience at Export & Import / Freight Forwarder /

Shipping

• Good at data collection and documentation in an organized manner

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail and have good administrative skills
