Deskripsi PekerjaanHR:-
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit
• To monitor the employee’s attendance and in charge of payroll, monthly statutory submission e.g. BPJS Social Security, BPJS Health Insurance, Tax Art 21.
• Liaison with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements
• Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, screening, selection and job offering
• Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination
• To assist in performance management process e.g preparing performance appraisal form
• Maintaining HR an up-to-date record in system
• Handling the employees monthly claim
• Manage and maintain employees record and compile month end employee attendance report
• To perform any other operational and administrative duties
Admin: -
• Responsive to internal and external customers’ call query or complaints on sales ordering, addressing concerns and offer solutions
• Providing sales and administrative support to customers, sales team, & technical team.
• Prepare and issue sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note for customers.
• To assist prepare Purchase Order if needed by Superior
• Ensure that the sales ordering data input are captured correctly and preparation of billings are accurately done in billing system
• Attend to external customers and internal customer (salespersons) enquiries on invoicing and stocks delivery status.
• Keep track of customer's order delivery status & update sales team closely
• Keep track of customer's back-order closely
• Ensure D/O be chop & sign by customer
• Work with internal departments (purchasing, sales, finance & admin) to ensure sales order timely delivery
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
• Able to work independently in fast-paced working environment.
• To proceed good working attitudes, core values and work closely with team members
• Other ad hoc duties and administrative task assigned by superior and management
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related field is required for this position
• Candidate familiar with Payroll System have the added advantage
• Must be well versed with Employment Act
• Proficient and excellence in communication and writing: English
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
• Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude.
• Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
• Living near South Jakarta City is highly preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
