Jobs Description:
• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements and other legal documents;
• Conducting legal research;
• Preparing and submitting the application to the relevant authorities;
• Drafting Legal Memorandum.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from top law schools in Indonesia with a minimum GPA of 3.00;
• At least 2-year experiences in a law firm or as an in-house counsel is preferred;
• A commitment to work as a corporate lawyer;
• Good skill of communication;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline;
• English proficiency in both oral and writing, and
• Computer skill is a must especially Ms. Office.
