One of our client PT INDOREKSA LOKAMANDARI, representing few global companies worlwide in Indonesia. They supply raw material of paint, ink and plastic industries in Indonesia for more than 30 years. Their products have been widely used by well-known brands in diverse application such as wall paint, car and motorcycle paint, wood coating, food packaging ink, and many others.
Therefore, to further boost the growth of the company and to gain more market share, they are currently looking for highly motivated, result oriented, persistent and passionate professional to join this team to fill the below position :
Job Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage sales team in order to meet sales target
• Plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor the performance of sales to spot work areas that require improvement
• Ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance profitability of the company.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
• Ensure sales team to comply with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
