Duties :
- Preparing daily Sales reports and checking against any cash/bank transfer collection received on the company’s bank accounts.
- Process and check on Cargo Sales returns including creating and distributing invoices, airway bill to cargo agents.
- Preparing weekly cash flow reports.
- Handling Petty cash company.
- Process and monitor withholding tax to be deducted, lodgement of the tax returns via e-filling system, and familiarity with Indonesia's Local tax regulation.
- Handling employee annual leave reports.
Essential Requirement :
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Previous experience of working within a Finance-related environment.
- Interest and knowledge of Finance/Accounting background.
- Basic computer literary
- Self motivated and innovative
- Honest
- Communicative
