France and Son Company is an online store in furniture for United States market seeks applications from qualified candidates for Customer Service position in Bali. Must live and be able to work in Bali. No work from home.

Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years Old
• Bachelors Degree in the related field master’s preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work as a team
• Night shift 9 PM - 4 AM (WITA)

Job Description:
• Manage large amounts of incoming emails
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
