Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.

Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships, verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time payments.

Bank Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and record all banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles and support preparations for audits.

Budget Assistance: Collaborate with the Finance Manager in developing and monitoring budgets, including providing variance analysis.

Expense Control Support: Assist in controlling and managing company expenses by reviewing and analyzing cost reports.
Financial Software Utilization: Utilize financial software and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
