1. Prepare recruitment materials and post job to appropriate job board / social media / referral based on user of department needs.
2. Maintain online account on job portal or others talent sourcing platform.
3. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing screenings through various source.
5. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open roles
6. Arrange the interview process for all candidates' level.
7. Maintain & manage data for talent pool, recruitment activity & assessment process.
8. Completing paperwork for new hires.
9. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
10. Handle Psychological test (coordination with test bureau)

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or related field from reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment position.
3. Tech savvy, familiar with using job portals for recruitment tools across the channel.
4. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
5. Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets.
6. Highly exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills. 7. Fluent in English oral and written.
