Requirement :
• Ability to speak in Mandarin & English to communicate with expatriates
• University graduate, preferably in a STEM field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Driving's license
• Strong ability to handle pressure
• Well-groomed and neat in appearance
• Experience managing teams of 3 or more people

Job Description :
• Responsible for managing local dealers of the company's commercial Vehicle brand, and handling daily support communications;
• Collect information on local major clients.
• Gather potential distribution channel information.
• Collect information about the trucking industry.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks.
• Management of local Indonesian sales team;
• Sales to government clients and major industry customers;
• Day-to-day office management tasks;
• Exploration of new segmented market channels;
• Planning and organizing marketing activities.
