Job Descriptions:
• Perform recruitment cycle activities including, but not limited to: advertising, shortlisting and screening, and setting up interviews
• Prepare new employment contract, resignation, warning letter, and other HR related documents
• To assist in performance management process; preparing performance appraisal form
• Prepare and distributing company policies, guidelines and SOP documents
• Maintaining HR an up-to-date record in system
• Prepare the distribute document for the payment process related to payroll
• Perform any other operational and HR administrative duties

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of experience in related fields is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
• Good in teamwork and enjoy dealing with people
• Willing to be placed in Renon, Denpasar
