Responsibilities:
• Manage the comissioning of Solar Power Project according to the Project Budget & Schedule
• Manage the team and its dynamic teamwork including the outsourced resources
• Manage the team and its dynamic including the outsourced resources
• Deliver Project Updates through S Curve, Ms. Project, Visio and other internal applications.
• Create electrical (SLD), panel schedules, Connection Diagrams and Electrical Production Estimation using AutoCAD/PVsyst
• Perform accurate System Sizing calculations based on primary & secondary data
• Building cost-efficient Bill of Material (BoM) based on system specification
• Troubleshoot Design and Construction issues during the Construction stage
• Work with Procurement teams to ensure successful Commissioning

Requirements::
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Extensive Project Management experiences especially in Solar Power projects > 1 Mwp
• Experienced in Project Budgeting especially Material & Quantity Analysis (Estimator)
• Knowledge in Industrial Roof structures and construction method
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Well versed in AutoCAD PVsyst, Helioscope, SAP2000 and ETAP
• Good Project Management skills (with Microsoft Project literacy)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Team-player who can work under minimum supervision
• Knowledge in Electrical Power with MV Transformer experience is preferred
• Willing to be assigned in project sites.
