-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial and/or Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
-At least 1 to 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

-Assist the CEO in all areas of the business and personal matters.
-Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
-Make travel arrangements
-Take dictation and minutes
-Source office supplies
-Produce reports, presentations and briefs
-Devise and maintain office filing system
-Knowledge of street wear and modern high end fashion, trend forecasting for future design concepts and collections.
-Technological proficiency: high level of skills in office software, project management tools, and a grasp of emerging technologies to enhance strategic planning.
-Strategic administrative experience: previous roles involving strategic project management, change initiatives, and financial planning are also crucial.
-Strong commercial awareness: develop a keen commercial sense and financial acumen through exposure to strategic business operations.
-Willing to learn and understand future techniques in fashion design and fashion business.
-Help marketing team with campaigns and assist photo shoots.
-Speak and communicate in English is a must
-Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
