Requirement and Job Highlight

-Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
-Experienced in freight forwarding business for at least 3 years. (mostly in ocean shipments)
-Must have experience at one company for at least 2 years.
-Prepare shipping documents and customs clearance.
-Handling administration jobs such as preparing advanced payment, settlement cost.
-Input sales and costs on system.


Basic Condition

-Must have responsibility on your post.
-Understand the rules / regulations and process flow of Export and Import.
-Great knowledge of regulation and Customs Clearance.
-Correspondence with carrier, customer, and agent overseas.
-Great knowledge of documentation; (BL, PL, CI, COO, Documents for Customs office, etc.)
-Licenses such as EDI, BNSP, PPJK, and CEISA 4.0 are unnecessary, but they are certainly a plus.
-Excellent administrative skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluent in written and spoken English.
