Job Description :- Accommodate and record customer complaints and questions, submit to technical division.
- Check and Follow up the case of the customer to the engineer division
- Learn and understand about the system to provide solutions to customer problems
- Follow task-directed and assigned to you by your direct Supervisor and/or Leader
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Reasonable analytical skills
Requirement :
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Candidates must be able to have a interpersonal , written and oral communication skills in Indonesian & English
- Candidates must have Typing speed minimum 50 WPM
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Candidates must be able to work in a team, and Ability to multitask under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Excellent analytical thinking and quick problem-solving.
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule.
