Qualifications :-Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/ Geology/ Geodetic/ Civil/ Metallurgy/ Industry)
-Have experience in the engineering field (smelter and PLTU preferred)
-Able to operate Autocad, Arcgis, global mapper, graphic design
-Able to create site plan/ development plan
-POP/POM certification is preferred
-Have good leadership
-Able to create regulations and implement technical work procedures well
-Able to coordinate between divisions, related government service and other agencies
-Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system
Job Descriptions :
-Provide direction and monitoring of operational and technical work (Smelter and PLTU production flow)
-Monitor and analyze every technical and operational work
-Lead the team and evaluate the performance of the assigned team
-Create weekly, monthly and annual work plans
-Conduct regular work reports
