About our Company

Everok Group is an Asia based Digital Freight Forwarder. Since our incorporation in 1997, we have expanded to over 23 offices in 8 different countries in Asia

We are looking for right minded candiates to join us in our expanding team in Jakarta.Moving with EVEROK

-Responsible for the preparation of bank journal
-Timely check the accounts balance each month to ensure the balance sheet is clear.
-Responsible for BIDV bank payment.
-Receivable and payable reconciliation.
-Deal with payment invoice, issue dollar receipt invoice (will train by the supervisor when join us)
-Make daily bookkeeping and better can make tax declaration indepentently
-Assist to declare estimated corporate income tax
-Assist to complete insurance declaration and payament
-Be responsible for reviewing expense reimbursement documents to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the reimbursement procedures.
-Assist to finish statement of financial position ,cash flow , income statement, remain balance of account subject, general ledger, detailed statement, depreciation statement of fixed assets, had better be able to complete independently.
-Daily administration work.
-Other work assigned by supervisor

Skills

-Major in accounting with 1-3 years working experience.
-Experience in supply chain management is preferred.
-Be familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulation.
-Be command of ERP system is preferred.
-Be good at Chinese will be preferred.
-Proficient in EXCEL, and other office software.
