Responsibilities :

-Handling and monitor whole Recruitment process to produce qualified human resource needs in Head Office, Warehouse & Store Operational
-Coordinate with all related department Managers to plan and create future hiring needs
-Build the company’s professional network through relationship with HR professionals, collages and relevant partners
-Maintain and develop Recruitment & Assessment team to ensure the Man Power fulfilment are going well as MPP request

Requirements :

-Max. 30 years old
-Min. Bachelors Degree in Psychology is a MUST
-Excellent knowledge in Recruitment & Assessment process, especially in Big Retail Industry
-Good communication skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
-Having good interpersonal, leadership and creative
-At least 3 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor in handling Office Management & Store Operational needed
-Good knowledge in assessment tools and recruitment channel
-Ready for going Business Trip if company needs
-Willing to work in under pressure situation & detail oriented
