Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is looking to contribute to the success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Have lived in Bali min 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
