SKHAI is a leading real estate developer with an international presence, renowned for creating luxurious residences in prime locations. As we prepare to launch our exclusive project in Bali, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team.

This role requires a strong English proficiency, a deep understanding of Bali’s condo market, and a proven ability to manage leads, engage with real estate agencies, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Agency Relations
  • Identify and onboard real estate agencies to list and promote our project.
  • Conduct inspections and training sessions for agency partners.
  • Negotiate and sign broker agreements to expand our sales network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers and provide them with sales support.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Process
  • Manage leads from marketing channels .
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and discovery sessions to understand client needs.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, investment goals, and timeline.
  • Organize property viewings (physical & virtual) and present offers.
3. Sales & Closing
  • Guide potential buyers through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Provide detailed property information, pricing, and investment insights.
  • Negotiate terms and convert leads into successful property sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on prospects.
4. Client Support & Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Legal, Architecture, etc.) to support buyers.
  • Ensure a smooth client journey from acquisition to handover.
  • Provide after-sales assistance and maintain relationships with buyers.

Requirements

  • Languages: English fluent, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales, preferably in Bali’s condo market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s property regulations and investment landscape.
  • Sales Skills: Strong experience in lead conversion, cold outreach, and client negotiations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM (Hubspot) tools, GSuite, etc.
  • Communication: Strong ability to engage, persuade, and close deals.
