Quality Assurance Engineer | PT. INTINUSA SEJAHTERA INTERNASIONAL

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or equivalent background
• Minimum 5 years job experiences in quality related area (electric/ hydraulic/ pneumatic/ fluid power)
• Proficient in Quality tools
• Skilled in conflict management and negotiation
• Possess a strong understanding of electrical circuits, PUIL (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik), and interpreting hydraulic schematic drawings
• English proficiency in a professional environment
• Willing to be assigned to site, as required

Key Responsibility:

• Read, understand, and follow engineering prints, shop orders and standard work documents to accomplish the assembly, maintenance or repair of equipment, parts and machines.
• Reading and understanding P&ID schematic drawings, General Assembly drawings, Parts Lists and Test Procedures of Functional Acceptance (FAT) work.
• Inspect parts and various components and all assemblies for completeness and quality to comply with purchase orders.
• Support sets up and test the assemble units/system according to manufacturer specifications and perform all final assembly tasks.
• Recommends modifications to circuits and components to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all assembly, service, and other work.
• Keep chronological records of service activity to include each service step, evaluation of system or component, parts request and installation, repairs, completions, and tests/certifications.
• Attends various safety certification classes and seminars as required.
• Lead Danfoss Quality Policy and Safety Policy and promotes safety to other parties.
• Professionally interact with customers to determine service issues.
• Identify the reason for failure and record findings in professional report format.
