Minimum requirement:

• Architect or Interior design major D1 or S1
• Autocad/SKP proficient
• English proficient

Inspection of raw materials:

Verifying that incoming materials like wood, fabric, hardware, and finishes comply with quality standards and specifications.

In-process inspections:

Regularly checking products at various stages of production, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and upholstery, to identify potential issues early on.

Dimensional checks:

Using measuring tools to ensure all components are within specified dimensions and tolerances.

Visual quality checks:

Assessing the appearance of finished products for defects like scratches, blemishes, misalignments, and inconsistencies in color and texture.

Functional testing:

Testing the functionality of features like drawers, doors, hinges, and mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintaining detailed records of inspection findings, including defect details, and submitting reports to production management.

Non-conformance management:

Identifying and isolating non-compliant products, initiating corrective actions, and coordinating rework or rejection procedures.

Quality improvement initiatives:

Collaborating with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality.

Compliance with standards:

Ensuring that all products adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
