About the B2B Marketing Specialist role

The B2B Marketing Specialist at Villa Finder will be responsible for attracting and engaging villa owners through compelling content, communication, and events. This role is central to helping us build the best-curated portfolio of properties for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation
2. Create a yearly B2B marketing plan together with our Partnership Manager.
3. Write blog articles to inform and educate owners about industry news & best practices.
4. Create case studies, and success stories that showcase the value of Villa Finder.
5. Develop engaging video and podcast content featuring villa owners and industry experts.

Communication & Engagement

1. Develop and send regular newsletters to villa owners with insights, tips, and updates.
2. Manage our LinkedIn presence, crafting posts that engage and educate villa owners.
3. Craft compelling messaging for various campaigns targeting villa owners.

Event Marketing

1. Organize webinars featuring industry experts and successful villa owners.
2. Plan and execute in-person events to strengthen relationships with villa owners.
3. Coordinate participation in relevant conferences and networking events.

About You:

1. Proven track record in B2B marketing, content creation, or event management.
2. Excellent English writing skills and the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
3. Experience managing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
4. Strong organizational skills to plan and execute marketing events.
5. Analytical skills: able to track and report on content performance, email engagement, and event success and offer suggestions for improvement.
6. Passion for the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry is a must.
