Responsibility:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Organize and make plans on improving employee quality and engagement.
- Manage employees data and administration (payroll, BPJS KS, BPJS TK, employees attendance, and employees onboarding & offboarding).
- Coordinate with Legal Team for maintaining employment contract and guideline.
- Handling employee queries about HR-related issues.
Requirement:
- Ethical, responsible, honest, initiative, communicative, and responsive.
- At least one year experience in HRD field (no certain educational background needed).
- Knowledgeable about Indonesia Labour Law and any related laws.
- Knowledgeable about hiring/employment procedures.
- Knowledgeable about psychological test instrument is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about any SOP related to HRD Department.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (excellent in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel).
- Able to communicate in English (passively) is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
