Responsibility:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Organize and make plans on improving employee quality and engagement.
3. Manage employees data and administration (payroll, BPJS KS, BPJS TK, employees attendance, and employees onboarding & offboarding).
4. Coordinate with Legal Team for maintaining employment contract and guideline.
5. Handling employee queries about HR-related issues.

Requirement:

1. Ethical, responsible, honest, initiative, communicative, and responsive.
2. At least one year experience in HRD field (no certain educational background needed).
3. Knowledgeable about Indonesia Labour Law and any related laws.
4. Knowledgeable about hiring/employment procedures.
5. Knowledgeable about psychological test instrument is a plus.
6. Knowledgeable about any SOP related to HRD Department.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office (excellent in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel).
8. Able to communicate in English (passively) is a plus.
9. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
