Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Develop social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and promote our brand.
3. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to align branding and content.
5. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and basketball culture.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
2. Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
3. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
4. Passion for basketball or a solid understanding of the sportswear industry is a big plus.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site with our team.
