Roastmary Cafe (PT. Kreasi Sudut Rasa) is part of Uneed Indonesia,
online retail and distribution company specializing in gadgets accessories and electronic
smart products in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Currently we are looking for a Restaurant
Supervisor.

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible
for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction,
managing staff, and maintaining quality standards in food & beverage services.

Key Responsible :

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and
4. a customer-first approach.
5. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure
7. Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, hygenic regulation and ordering supplies.
8. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
9. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
10. Assist in creating and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales.
11. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and café policies.
12. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the food and beverage
2. or hospitality industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and quality standards.
7. Basic understanding of financial management (e.g., budgeting, sales targets, cost control).
8. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
