1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related.
2. At least 5+ years working experience as a Finance Accounting Supervisor.
3. Experience working in manufacture will be your advantage.
4. Familiar with Accounting system.
5. Proven knowledge of tax and accounting principles, practices, regulation and procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Experience in Accurate online.
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
10. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
11. Work placement will be in Sidoarjo, East Java.
