About the role

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Personnel Section Head to join our growing team at PT Arisamandiri Pratama in Demak, Central Java. As a fulltime Personnel Section Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
2. Managing employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
3. Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
4. Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues
5. Conducting performance reviews and assisting with employee development
6. Implementing and monitoring HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
7. Collaborating with the leadership team to align HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or Personnel Supervisor role, preferably in the manufacturing or consulting industry
3. Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in using HR software and data analysis tools
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Collaborative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
