Production Operator | PT Henkel Indonesien

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently, and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
4. Record production data, including quantities, production times, and any issues encountered during the shift.
5. Assist with the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
6. Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality in production.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
8. Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A vocational or technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.

• Previous experience as a production operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment.

• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and machinery controls.

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to work schedules and deadlines.
• Safety-conscious with a keen awareness of potential hazards in the production environment.
