Key Responsibility
1. Customer Relationship Management:Maintain regular communication with active and inactive customers.
Monitor customer buying patterns and spot irregularities in volume/frequency.
Manage follow-up schedules for customers who have not yet made a purchase decision
Sales Support Backup, Upselling & Cross-Selling
2. Customer Reactivation & Retention:
Identify and address reasons for inactivity through structured follow-ups and feedback gathering
Offer promotions or solutions to encourage first re-purchase
Conduct scheduled follow-ups to convert dormant customers into repeat buyers.
3. Customer Handling Complaint: Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
4. Campaign Execution: as the executor of marketing campaigns designed by the CMO, including reactivation drives and promotional offers.
5. Coordinate with logistics and sales to ensure ordering and delivery on time.
6. Document all call outcomes in the CRM system or designated reporting format.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, account management
- Experience using CRM systems or customer databases.
- Familiarity with B2B customer engagement is a plus.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently with customers.
- Comfortable working with target/KPI-based performance.
Skills needed: Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Attention to detail, Organizational and Administrative Skills
