[Purchasing Staff – Mandarin Speaker Preferred]

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to support our procurement activities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials to support our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily purchasing operations (local and/or overseas)
2. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and price
3. Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods
4. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, warehouse, production)
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance
6. Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably related to Business or Engineering)
2. Experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred
3. Able to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred
4. Fluency in English is acceptable
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
6. Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems
