QA Supervisor | PT Enplas Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

1. Doing quality monitoring to production line together with QC, run and monitoring the result of decision of quality to the production quality result.
2. Supervise all the activities in QA administration, incoming inspection, outgoing inspection and Customer complaint.
3. Analyze the quality problem found and take action to solve the problem. Develop and implement a corrective action plan for the problems which do not meet the quality assurance requirements
4. Receive and analyze Customer complain.
5. Monitoring the calibration of tools and equipment process.
6. Determine the training needs of the member of the Quality Assurance Department in order to improve Employee Qualifications and Competencies. Make a good cooperation with Training Department for awareness needed to the employee.
7. Prepare an action plan to eliminate problems (continues improvement).
8. Standardize all the decision results, reviewing QA standards, studying the existing procedures and regulations, interacting with other related member and Customer to evaluate the effectiveness of the QA program, also support to prepare procedures and regulations for QA organization. Prepare and revise PQCT and standards related to quality assurance.
9. Control new project, modification and product development as a team leader.

Requirements:

1. Age 35-40 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3. At least 5 (five) years of working experiences in the related field.
4. Experience at a Japanese manufacturing company, prefer in injection mold.
5. Experience in handling ISO Audit.
6. Good understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
7. Auditor ISO/IATF certified.
8. Customer support and communication.
9. Good skill of Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power Point/O.L.).
10. Expertise in document control and filing.
11. Strong leadership & have high integrity.
12. Good skill in presentation.
13. Good communication in English/Japanese.
