📌 Position: Sales Manager (Gadget Industry)

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, result- and target-oriented
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail gadget sales; experience with a competitor company is preferred
  3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  4. Solid understanding of market trends and sales data analysis
  5. Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  6. Experience in leading and managing a team
  7. Fluent in English (mandatory)
  8. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree

Job Description:

  1. Expand new customer and dealer network; build strong relationships with dealers and sales teams
  2. Enhance brand image across the company’s multiple product lines
  3. Responsible for achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets
  4. Manage product allocation efficiently
  5. Collaborate with trainers to monitor promoter performance and ensure smooth operations
  6. Conduct monthly job assessments aligned with regional and national strategies


📌 Position: Trainer (Gadget Industry)
Requirements:

  1.  Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (Smartphone/PC/Tablet/Wearable/Audio)
  2. High mobility and willingness to travel frequently
  3. Capable of developing own training and presentation materials
  4. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  5. Strong sales acumen is a plus
  6. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Description:

  1. Deliver training on product knowledge, selling skills, and market awareness to retail teams and dealers
  2. Conduct training evaluations and market research
  3. Train and enable Honor Field Force team members and retail staff to improve sell-out performance
  4. Prepare and execute weekly and daily work plans
  5. Develop training materials and performance reports
  6. Monitor in-store promoter performance and coordinate with regional teams for continuous improvement
  7. Conduct training for Non-BA (non–Brand Ambassador) stores
