About the role

As a Project Manager at PT Sahabat Nusantara Teknologi Inovasi, you will be responsible for successfully delivering construction projects within the defined scope, time, and budget. This is a contract role based in Bantargebang, West Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects
2. Manage project resources, including budgets, timelines, and personnel, to optimize efficiency and productivity
3. Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment
4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required
5. Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
7. Mentor and guide junior project team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the Construction Company for Oil & Gas Industry
2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Proficient in budget management and cost control
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities
7. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
8. Bachelor's degree in process / mechanical / electrical / instrument engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
