Warehouse supervisor | PT Nardevchem Kemindo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at PT Nardevchem Kemindo, a leading raw material distributor in the South Tangerang Banten region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing goods.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers and forklift operators
2. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery
3. Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures
4. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
6. Liaise with other departments to streamline logistics and address any issues that arise
7. Provide training and support to warehouse personnel to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the raw material distribution, transport or logistics industry
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
3. Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant IT systems
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
5. Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
6. Forklift operator's license (preferred)
