Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee relations.
- Support manpower planning and talent acquisition for production and office roles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industrial relations standards.
- Lead employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HRIS systems.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Central Java.
