About the role

As an HRD Staff at PT Daswell Indonesia Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources and recruitment functions. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya, and you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks that contribute to the overall success and development of the organisation. You must have experience in a heavy equipment company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
2. Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
3. Providing administrative support for HR-related processes and procedures
4. Participating in the implementation of HR policies and initiatives
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns
6. Supporting the development and training of employees
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role, preferably in the field of Konsultasi & HR Umum
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR-related software
5. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
