Jobdesk:

1. Oversee daily store operations & supervise team
2. Drive sales & promotions to reach targets
3. Analyze weekly sales performance & promotion results
4. Build partnerships, manage sponsorships, and liaise with government institutions
5. Manage petty cash, SKU orders, and operational needs
6. Hire crew, coordinate shipments, and submit LOA to Director

Qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with 1–2 years experience as Store Manager/Supervisor in retail fashion
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
4. Able to work under pressure with high integrity
5. Willing to be placed in Surabaya and rotate locations
