Purchasing Import Staff | PT Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk

Qualification :

1. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor Degree in (Sastra mandarin/e.g HSK for Mandarin, sastra english or Business Management) qualification.
2. At least 3 year of working experience in related field is required for this position
3. Hardworking, able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency
4. Excellent interpersonal communication , negotiation and reporting skill
5. Computer literate , competent in internet usage and Ms Office, Excell
6. Be able to work under pressure, good communication skills, working in team
7. Translate conversations between Chinese and Indonesian workers.
8. Procurement Knowledge ; Experience in purchasing(suppliers,contracts,price negotiation)
9. Required skill :has knowledge about savory raw materials,good analytical and problem solving skills, understants import license and regulation would be an advantage , fluent in oral and written english and mandarin.
10. Understans import license and regulation would be an advantage , fluent in oral and written english and mandarin.
11. Full time position available
12. Preferably staf (non mangement and non supervisor) specializing in purchasing
13. Apllicants must be willing to work in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.

Job Responsibility:

1. Purchasing and import departement
2. Make price comparisons
3. Liaise & negotiate with overseas suppliers and prepare documentation for orders
4. Best price negotiation by email/phone
5. Making PO, signing conract, opening LC
6. Monitoring purchased items until arrived at the wahehouse based on schedule
7. Scheduling on PIB Payment
8. Experienced in dealing with Asian vendors.
9. Support the team by translating written materials when required.
10. Making tally sheet
11. Ensure all orders are followed up containers arrive on a timely manner
