Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology
- Domicile in Purwakarta will be a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Strong in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Understands PR–PO–Invoice flow.
- familiarity with ERP/Purchasing systems is a plus.
- Computer and network troubleshooting skills are a strong advantage.
- Placement: Bungursari – Purwakarta.
Responsibilities
- Processing Purchase Requests (PR).
- Procurement & Vendor Sourcing.
- Processing Purchase Order (PO).
- Invoice Processing & Payment Monitoring.
- General Administration & Operational Documentation.
- Create Periodic Purchasing Report.
- Support other duties as assigned.
- Provide support for other tasks as needed.
