Job Description:

1. Assist the Head Store in overseeing daily store operations 

2. Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance 

3. Support in achieving sales targets and monitoring store performance 

4. Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and product display 

5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions 

6. Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation 

7. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies 

8. Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the Head Store 

9. Act as the store leader in the absence of the Head Store

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or supervisory role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
5. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
6. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
7. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
9. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
10. Able Speak English
