1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and quality control standards.
4. Skilled in production planning, manpower allocation, and performance monitoring.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
6. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Familiar with and able to implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3/HSE) principles.
8. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to maintain high efficiency with a strong sense of responsibility.
9. Willing to be assigned to Sidoarjo, East Java.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and control daily production activities to meet company targets and quality standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a safe, conducive factory environment.
3. Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3) standards.
4. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support to the production team.
5. Ensure production outputs meet established specifications and quality requirements.
6. Monitor the condition and performance of production machinery and supporting equipment.
7. Evaluate and analyze operator reports and subordinate performance to support continuous improvement.
