About the role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at PT Heksagon Tiwikrama in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo East Java. As a full-time Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and payments
2. Liaise with customers to address inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on order status
3. Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks
4. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
5. Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
3. Fluent in English, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Strong attitude, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
