Job Description :

1. Assisting with the development and implementation of export marketing strategies to expand our global reach
2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new export opportunities
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of export activities
4. Preparing and processing export documentation, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance
5. Monitoring export orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
6. Providing regular reports and performance updates to the management team

Required Qualifications :

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in an export marketing or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
2. Min. Education D3/S1 all majors (preferably Management, Business, Marketing, or International Trade)
3. Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations and documentation requirements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with international clients and partners
5. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for export operations
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin are preferred
