1. Directly help to solve & assist customer for every incoming questions and problem regarding application problem, transaction problem (multiple channels)2. Handling for customer complaints and calming down customer emotion
3. Create ticket for handling customer request & Follow up in case needed
4. Informs customer transaction progress & details if needed after doing data verification.

3. Has precisely & quick understanding skills to summarize problem
