We are national-level manufacturer of silver and gold accessories, which based on Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. In this occassion, we are looking for dedicated and loyal Production Executive Assistant to assist Head of Productions in order to heighten our reach.

Qualification:

1. Minimum education level of Bachelor degree (any major, but preferably Business and Administration).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role (preferably in jewellery and accessories related company).
3. Strong communication skill.
4. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, honest, responsible and loyal.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide administrative and operational support to Head of Production Division.
2. Coordinate schedules, quality control and documentation related to production activities.
3. Assist in monitoring production, quality control and schedule precision.
4. Compile reports, track progress and make sure inter-departmental communication flow well.
