About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Admin Staff to join our team at PT Luxchem Indonesia's Surabaya office. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless client interactions. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of our sales function.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and record-keeping
• Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to address their needs and concerns
• Coordinating the logistics of product deliveries and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records
• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows
• Providing general office support as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in data entry and the use of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the client and sales administration processes in the Administration & Office Support industry, particularly in the Client & Sales Administration domain
